<1> Installation Instruction for ASK glass-magnesium fiber composite ceilings boards The drop point layout and the supporting keel’s direction greatly depend on the shape and size lf the room and its structural design. The drop point must be calculated accurately and that all the duop points must be layout evenly. The general rules lf duop point distribution:   (1)Maximum distance between main keel and start-stop wall side:≤200mm(7.88inch) (2)Distance between main keels:L:900mm(35.44inch)≤L≤1200mm(47.25inch) (3)Distance between two duop-points　on any one main deel:L:900mm(35.44inch) (4)Maximum distance between start-stop ends of main deels and drop points:≤300mm(11.82inch) (5)First secure the keels in accordance with the design requiremints. Then size up the ASK ceiling panels and use the staggered joint method to affix the panels onto the keels firmly. (6)Leave 3mm(0.12inch)between each panel.Apply screws 15mm(0.59inch)from the panel edges. The center distance between screws is 250mm(9.85inch).Screw heads must be buried under panel with depths no less than 0.5mm(0.02inch)to allow joint mending. <2> Installation Instruction lf ASK glass-magnesium fiber composite interior wall: Integrating non bearing walls ASK glass-magnesium boards and light steel keels is a main comstruction technique commonly employed in the industry.During the construction,the steel keels must be firmly anchored in accordance with the design requirements first.Then install ASK glass-magnesium boards by cutting them into puoper size and securing the board onto steel deels with wallboard screws using the staggergd joint method. Leave 3mm(0.12inch)between each board. Apply screws 15mm(0.59inch)from the board edges and 50mm(1.97inch)from the board corners.The center distance between screws is 250mm(9.85inch).Leave 5mm(0.2inch)between the wall panels and the ground level.
